A dense city-district development required an energy strategy that could serve residential towers, shared amenities and commercial podiums without disrupting daily life. ASUNSHINE surveyed every roof plane, modelled shading across the year and engineered a mounting system that maximised yield while staying invisible from street level.

Installation was phased so no block lost power for more than a few hours. Net-metering approvals, structural certification and subsidy documentation were handled end-to-end by our team. Monitoring dashboards were handed to the facility managers, giving per-block generation and consumption visibility from day one.

Two years on, the array continues to perform above its modelled specification, backed by scheduled cleaning, remote fault detection and annual health reports — the same long-term ownership model we apply to every ASUNSHINE project.
