2. Services described

ASUNSHINE provides solar EPC solutions, luxury solar-powered pods, home automation systems and related consulting. All descriptions, quotations and timelines are subject to final site assessment and written agreement.

3. Quotations and contracts

Verbal estimates and website pricing are indicative. A binding contract is formed only upon signed acceptance of a written quotation and receipt of any required advance payment. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

4. Payments

Payment terms are set out in the project-specific contract. Unless otherwise agreed, milestone payments are due as per the schedule. Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines and may attract interest as permitted by law.

5. Site access and approvals

The client is responsible for providing safe site access, necessary permissions, utility connections and statutory approvals. Delays caused by missing approvals or site conditions may extend timelines and affect costs.

6. Warranties and limitations

Equipment warranties are passed through from manufacturers. ASUNSHINE workmanship warranties are described in the project contract. Liability is limited to the value of the specific service or product concerned, except where prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of ASUNSHINE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

9. Changes to terms

ASUNSHINE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
